Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Data Warehouse/BI Developer

to support business intelligence initiatives in a hybrid environment in

Richmond, VA . This role focuses on developing complex SQL queries, BI reports, and ETL processes while collaborating closely with business stakeholders.

Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR)

is a major plus.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and troubleshoot

complex SQL queries

and

scripts

for analytics and reporting. Design, build, and maintain

ETL processes

using

SSIS . Create and manage reports using

SSRS

and/or

Power BI . Perform

data modeling

and work with various data source control systems ( GIT, TFS , etc.). Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, ensure data quality, and deliver meaningful insights. Work within

Agile/Kanban

frameworks for iterative delivery. Automate tasks using

PowerShell

or other scripting languages. Identify and resolve

data quality

and performance issues. Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years

of experience with

complex SQL queries

and

data analytics . 5+ years

of

SQL scripting/troubleshooting . 5+ years

of hands-on experience with

SSIS

and

data troubleshooting . Experience with

SSRS

and/or

Power BI

for reporting solutions. Familiarity with

data modeling

principles. Experience with

source control systems

such as GIT or TFS. Comfortable working in

Agile/Kanban

development environments. Strong

stakeholder engagement

and communication skills. Scripting experience in

PowerShell

or similar languages. Nice to Have: Knowledge or experience working with

Electronic Health Records (EHR)

systems. Exposure to

Artificial Intelligence (AI)

in data platforms. Note:

local to Richmond, VA

or willing to relocate. In-person interview is required
