Job Summary
We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the first friendly voice customers hear when they call. This role includes answering phones, booking service appointments, dispatching technicians, and helping ensure every job runs smoothly. You’ll be essential to creating a positive experience from the first contact to the final follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and manage a high volume of incoming service calls
Schedule service appointments and confirm job details
Dispatch plumbing technicians and coordinate job flow
Communicate clearly and professionally in English (Spanish preferred)
Handle customer questions or concerns with patience and professionalism
Keep accurate records using scheduling software
Support office operations and other administrative needs
Qualifications
Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
1+ year of customer service or dispatch experience (service industry a plus)
Comfortable in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
Excellent phone and communication skills
Computer proficient; experience with scheduling or CRM systems is a bonus
Friendly and professional team player
Schedule
Full-Time: Monday through Friday
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
No weekends or late nights
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly pay: $20 – $26, DOE (Depending on Experience)
