Join Synertex LLC and bring your leadership to a mission that matters. We're looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to support the Office of the CIO for a Department of Defense client. This role requires expertise in managing complex IT projects, aligning technical solutions with organizational goals, and collaborating across multiple functional areas. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead efforts to deliver IT projects that span multiple functional areas and directorates. Oversee all facets of project management including planning, execution, communications, and governance compliance. Leverage resources, assign tasks, set deadlines, monitor project progression, and deliver regular status updates. Collaborate cross-functionally to gather and analyze internal and external requirements, define project success criteria, and manage change. Identify interdependencies and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle. Develop and maintain project documentation including concept of operations, schedules, and progress reports. Support IT Service Management (ITSM) activities including Incident, Problem, Configuration, and Change Management processes using ServiceNow or similar platforms. REQUIREMENTS 10+ years of IT project management experience Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Experience managing complex and/or high-risk Agile/Waterfall projects with multiple components Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget Skilled in documenting functional and technical requirements to transform and optimize business processes Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow for managing incidents, problems, changes, and configurations Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences Ability to track milestones, dependencies, tasks, and resource allocation to ensure value delivery Meets Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) minimum credential requirements PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Master's degree in Information Systems Management or related field Advanced ITIL certifications or training Familiarity with IC, DoD, and Department of the Navy IT policies and practices
