The ideal candidate will have experience in Java application development, including expertise in J2EE, REST APIs, and cloud-native technologies. This role involves building scalable web applications and microservices using modern development tools and frameworks.
Pay Range:
$49.24/hour to $64.39/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Java Developer - II job responsibilities include:
Design and develop modern, complex web applications using Java and J2EE. Implement REST API design patterns and secure services using Spring Security and OAuth. Develop microservices using the Spring framework and related technologies. Utilize development tools such as GIT, Maven, Jenkins, JIRA, and Confluence. Work across operating systems including RedHat Linux and Windows. Manage and optimize databases, particularly MySQL. Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments, especially Azure. Work with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Perform Java performance tuning and troubleshooting. Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8-10 years of experience in Java application development. Strong knowledge of Spring framework, REST APIs, and microservices architecture. Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with cloud services, especially Azure. Pay Details:
$49.24 to $64.39 per hour
