Customer Relations Specialist
to join its administrative team. This is a full-time, on-site role offering an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, fostering strong and trusting relationships Coordinate and execute customer orders from quote to delivery using ERP systems Communicate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment Manage shipping schedules, documentation, and follow-up on customer complaints to ensure satisfaction Support team training and promote collaboration among Customer Relations Associates Maintain up-to-date records on orders, pricing, and revisions Ensure adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) policies and procedures Other administrative and customer-related duties as assigned Qualifications: 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or administrative setting Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems High school diploma or equivalent required Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs and work in a moderate industrial environment To Apply If you are a dedicated, proactive professional with a strong customer service background, we encourage you to apply and become part of a collaborative and supportive team.
