IT Project Coordinator - 3 days onsite/week in Columbia, SC
SYSTEMTEC
is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to assist with the coordination and project management of high-profile IT projects / initiatives at an enterprise level. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience coordinating IT projects in an enterprise environment.
Required Qualifications of the IT Project Coordinator:
Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies. Must have hands-on, professional experience coordinating IT projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a MUST. Ability to work onsite 3 days/week is required. Onsite days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of each week. Excellent documentation with experience using MS SharePoint, Office Suite, and other tools for milestone tracking.
Responsibilities of the IT Project Coordinator:
Work with the various Information Technology and Business Teams to support the coordination, communication, and reporting needs for projects. Work to generate weekly, monthly, and on-demand reports for tracking project progress, budget, risks, issues, and other actions as needed. Update Microsoft Project, Share Point sites, Azure DevOps and other tools.
