JOB SUMMARY: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Conduct high-volumephone activity Ensure integrity of filecompletion by gathering and recording direct care workers credentials inaccordance with company policies. Verify credentials andother relevant client credentialing requirements. Process child abuseclearances. Prepare and generatereports as requested by supervisor Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's degree.
