Accountabilities:

Lead and mentor a cross-functional DevOps team including DBAs and MLOps engineers, fostering professional growth and team cohesion. Design and implement self-service tooling that allows product teams to independently manage infrastructure, deployment, and monitoring workflows. Drive architectural evolution toward a multi-region AWS platform, supporting scale with active-active or standby deployments and global traffic distribution. Advance release management with modern deployment patterns including blue/green, canary, feature flags, and immutable infrastructure. Implement and own reliability engineering practices, including Site Reliability Objectives (SLOs), chaos engineering, auto-remediation, and incident response. Work closely with engineering, data, and product teams to align DevOps initiatives with broader business goals and technical roadmaps. Contribute directly through Terraform modules, Helm chart optimization, code reviews, and high-severity incident support. Requirements

Minimum 4 years of leadership in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering, and at least 7 years in hands-on infrastructure roles. Proven experience delivering self-service internal platforms enabling developers to operate independently at scale. Expert-level knowledge of AWS, including designing and managing multi-region architectures supporting high transaction volumes. Proficiency in infrastructure automation and CI/CD tooling (e.g., GitLab CI, Terraform, Kubernetes), along with progressive delivery and policy-as-code practices. Deep observability knowledge with metrics, tracing, logging, and alerting using tools like Datadog. Familiarity with cloud security best practices, regulatory compliance (PCI, SOC 2, GDPR), and least-privilege access control. Base salary

ranging from

$152,000 - $228,000 , with performance-based

annual bonus (~10%) . Equity options
