a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Business Analyst with a Secret Clearance to support

ATS

and Department of State the Office of Foreign Missions Information System (TOMIS) in Washington, DC.

This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity.

This is in support of the Office of Foreign Missions Information System (TOMIS) with software application development, system administration, and help desk support.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

At least 4 years of business and system analysis, preferably with Federal Systems

Demonstrated experience and abilities establishing knowledge-based systems and using knowledge sharing methods to ensure the free flow of information between all parties (end users and development team) participating in development efforts'

Demonstrated experience providing full lifecycle documentation for software development projects

Has experience implementing Agile methodology in the development of software applications

Familiar with the Agile/Scrum practices and approach

Solid experience and knowledge of version and project management software (i.e. Team Foundation Server, SVN, etc.)

Excellent oral communication and writing skills

Flexible, highly motivated, self-started who is able to handle multiple projects

Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Visio"

Requirements:

Minimum of associate's degree or related experience

ISO 9001:2000 or CMMI training preferred

Secret Clearance required
