Caring. Connecting. Growing together. As a Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist, you will treat a diverse range of mental health conditions tailored to our multifaceted patient population. Your role will include providing behavioral and mental health treatments, which encompass individual and group therapy, medication management, and intensive outpatient programs. Located in Lancaster, PA, you will enjoy the flexibility to work remotely and in-office as you navigate challenges in your role. Primary Responsibilities: Establish strong provider-patient alliances and coordinate care with external providers. Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and offer ongoing medication management. Contribute to the training experience of graduate students. Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders. Deliver treatment for various mental health conditions using approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods. Monitor treatment responses and track any changes in clinical symptoms. Represent the practice in community presentations and lectures. Maintain accurate electronic medical records (Athena) and clinical documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance. Required Qualifications: Enrollment or eligibility for enrollment as a provider in the Medicare program. Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field. A clear, active, and unrestricted license (LCSW) in the state of practice. At least 5 years of professional social work/clinical experience post-master's degree. Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of experience, Medicare eligibility, and extensive psychotherapy service background. Experience providing therapy services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Proficiency in computer use for communication and medical documentation - Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs). Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with effectiveness. All employees working remotely must adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy. The salary range for this role is $59,500 to $116,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is determined by various factors, including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws.
