RN Supervisor

Location: Taconic Rehabilitation and Nursing at BeaconSHIFT: Evening 3p to 11p OR Overnights 11p-7a

SIGN ON BONUS: Up to $7,500Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to join our team at Taconic Rehabilitation and Nursing at Beacon. In this position, you will oversee the day-to-day clinical activities of healthcare personnel while ensuring the safety and comfort of residents. This role requires strong clinical decision-making, as well as expertise in administering medication, wound care, and other essential interventions.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care.

Administer and record prescribed medications and treatments.

Monitor vital signs and document patients' medical information.

Manage common geriatric syndromes such as cardiovascular, respiratory, and musculoskeletal issues.

Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations.

Communicate with families regarding patient progress.

Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all care provided.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
