Description In this senior role, professionals are expected to manage essential infrastructure services, ensuring high availability and performance of data center services, physical and virtual server-class systems and storage. They are expected to lead medium-to-large scale projects, design and implement system policies, conduct advance troubleshooting, and are pivotal in the direct recovery efforts during critical system failures. They also mentor junior staff members. Professionals in this role are expected to have the ability to work alone and as part of larger team to complete projects on time.

Clearance A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Degree can be substituted with additional 5 years of relevant experience. 15+ years of experience in a system administration or similar role.

Required skills: Experience with Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, and Group Policy Familiarity with Linux Server Administration Familiarity with VMware/ESXi, VMWare Virtual Networking, and VMware vCenter Networking Switching and Router Management Storage Management (NetApp) Hardware and Operating System troubleshooting System hardening Security Compliance Scanning (Nessus, ACAS) Understanding of project design within the scope of security (RMF) requirements Ability to demonstrate cyber/IT related experience with attentional to detail, customer service, oral and written communication and problem solving. Active DoD IAT Level II certification (e.g. CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP) Benefits Erias Ventures provides a complete package of wealth, health, and happiness benefits. The expected salary range for this position, depending on education and years of experience is $245,000 - $285,000.
