Senior Growth Engineer
with deep expertise in React and Next.js who is ready to embrace an
AI-first engineering culture
- where artificial intelligence is not a novelty, but a 10x force multiplier that enhances your ability to ship exceptional products faster, smarter, and with greater confidence.
In addition to helping shape the future of AI-accelerated development at Everlywell, this role has a

A/B testing , and
conversion rate improvements
on everlywell.com. You'll collaborate with product, design, and analytics to experiment, measure, and scale high-impact changes to user experience and checkout flows.
This is an ideal role for frontend engineers who are not only passionate about building modern, scalable UI-but also energized by experimentation, data, and impact at the intersection of health and commerce.
What You'll Do:
Develop performant, modular applications using
React ,
Next.js , and
TypeScript , backed by a robust and evolving
Design Language System (DLS) . Use
AI-first tools
(e.g. Cursor, Copilot, AI-assisted code search, and automated refactoring) to radically accelerate day-to-day development and maximize creativity. Partner with Product, Design, and Growth teams to implement
CRO-focused experiments , including
A/B tests ,
multivariate experiments , and
personalization strategies . Continuously optimize
site speed ,
checkout performance , and
user journeys
to improve conversion and customer satisfaction. Contribute to our internal
growth experimentation framework , including analytics instrumentation, experimentation infrastructure, and performance monitoring. Help define and promote
AI-enhanced coding practices , integrating intelligent tooling into our dev workflows, CI/CD, and code review culture. Ensure high-quality output through automated and AI-assisted testing, error monitoring, and performance tracking. Collaborate across product, design, and backend teams to deliver full-stack features that delight our users and support healthcare innovation. Who You Are:
4-6+ years of professional experience in frontend web development. Advanced proficiency with
React ,
Next.js , and
TypeScript . Experience implementing
growth-focused web experiments , and driving impact through
data-informed design and optimization . Passionate about
AI's role in modern engineering
- not just as an efficiency tool, but as a creative and cognitive multiplier. Hands-on experience with AI-powered dev tools like
Cursor ,
GitHub Copilot ,
Codeium , or equivalents. Strong understanding of software engineering best practices - including component design, state management, and automated testing. Familiarity with backend integration ( REST ,
GraphQL ) and performance optimization for modern web apps. Bonus: Experience with
e-commerce platforms ,
