Description
The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for:
Leasing Support, Vacancy Planning, design coordinating
Establishing landlord and tenant delivery obligations for the portfolio
Working alongside Tenant Construction Managers
Supporting pre-lease & lease negotiations - pricing/cost analysis
Leasing and Marketing Support
Coordinating with project architects and engineers
Utilize necessary technologies
Profile
The Successful Assistant Project Manager candidate will have:
3 - 5 years of Assistant Project Management experience
Retail project experience
Soft Skills great communicator, be able to interact/ communicate with clients
A passion for commercial real estate
Civil Engineering background, contractor or developer
Skilled in AutoCAD, Excel, Word, Blue beam, Procore, P6, BIM/VDC
