Job Description: Pay Range: $34hr - $38hr Perform functions related to all manufacturing operations including setup, calibration, rework, and quality testing of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. Use advanced software and tools to collect and evaluate operating data and perform real-time product or equipment adjustments. Support the development and implementation of methods and procedures to control or improve the manufacturing process. Collaborate with engineers in conducting experiments and process improvements. ssemble and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and optical assemblies. ct as the first line of support for the Production team, interfacing with Quality, Engineering, Production, and Sales departments. Recommend documentation changes to improve manufacturability and quality, including updates to work instructions, checklists, and troubleshooting guides. Work with Manufacturing Engineers on testing new processes and collecting data. Support the continuous improvement program through technical input and execution. Diagnose and repair returned customer systems, including recommending repair actions and system upgrades in collaboration with Applications Engineers. Serve as the technical reference for the Production team and deliver technical training to small groups of Assemblers and Technicians. Requirement/Must Have: 2-4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing operations or a related field. Experience with assembly and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and optical systems. bility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
