Our client is currently seeking a qualified
Desktop Support Technician
to join their team
onsite
in Homestead, FL and provide end-user support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Solve a broad range of day-to-day onsite technical issues on network infrastructure and internal desktop systems
Provide end user support to clients and their team
Customize the customer experience for every individual, all communication, instructions, and product knowledge to the level of the individual
Determine the most cost-effective repair to minimize customer downtime
Be proactive in solving any situation
Prepare reports for analysis of product failure trends and service issues
Provide onsite desktop support for levels of end-users
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 1 to 3+ years of related Desktop Support experience
AA degree, or technical training or equivalent combination of education and experience
A+ Certification a plus but not required
LAN and WAN experience
Basic Networking knowledge
Windows 10/11 experience with troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair
ServiceNow experience preferred
Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products
Enthusiastic about technology and willing to learn and stay on the cutting edge
Personable, reliable, and relatable and responsible when interacting with clients
Able to provide a consultative approach to solving issues
Impeccable follow-through to client satisfaction
Track record of punctuality, go-getter
Not intimidated by new or complex problems and situations
Wage Range:
The hourly rate for this position is between
$18.87 - $27.66 per hour.
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
