LMI is seeking a Survey Data Analyst to support our intelligence community client.

Responsibilities
Provide annual cradle-to-grave survey support, including survey design, development, implementation, analysis, and visual data articulation of survey data.
Conduct annual workforce engagement survey; provide regular and ad hoc analyses.
Coordinate with external agencies to ensure that agency implementation meets annual survey requirements.
Create planning, analysis, and briefing materials related to survey results and initiative.
Provide day-to-day support to survey participants with log-in issues, content-related questions, reminders, extensions, etc.
Conduct survey data analysis; clean data, aggregate multiple sources, and design finished products.
Produce qualitative and quantitative reports on survey responses.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree in social science, statistics, business data analytics, or related discipline.
7+ years of experience in data, survey, or business analytics.
Knowledge of survey statistics and survey methodology.
Experience in deploying and conducting analysis with employee surveys across a a myriad of mediums (LimeSurvey).
Working familiarity with Tableau, strong Excel skills, and ability to readily perform people analytics inquiries on behalf of Senior leaders preferred.
Strong critical thinking, data examination, and analytical skills.
Experience with survey collection software (Qualtrics, LimeSurvey, etc.)
Proficiency in data analysis languages such as SQL, Python, R, or SPSS.
Experience in developing, disseminating, and analyzing surveys.
Knowledge of and comfort working in excel.
Self-starter with the ability to independently identify opportunities for improvement through data analytics.
Strong team player with excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Proven ability to work with business customers and technical teams.
Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent customer relationship management skills.
Innovative problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work on client site in the NCR in Washington, D.C.; Reston, VA; or College Park, MD.
Active security clearance at the TS/SCI level with the ability/willingness to receive a polygraph. Current polygraph preferred.
Desired:
Master's degree or higher.
Experience developing surveys using LimeSurvey.
Previous management consulting experience.
Experience analyzing unstructured text.
Experience with deploying and maintaining models in production.
Previous experience with people analytics.
Experience developing dashboards using tools such as Tableau.
Demonstrated project management experience.

Target salary range: $104,040 - $183,600. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to your skills, experience, education, and/or certifications.
