Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for clients with technical issues. Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network problems. Set up new devices and assist with routine maintenance tasks. Document work, track issues, and follow up to ensure resolution. Represent the company professionally during client interactions. Escalate complex issues to senior technicians as needed.
Qualifications Basic understanding of operating systems and common troubleshooting tools. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. A customer-first mindset and willingness to learn on the job. Driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional on-site visits.
