This position provides significant opportunity for collaboration and growthalongside other outstanding engineers spanning a wide variety of backgrounds.What You Will Bring:The QA Analyst will serve as part of the cross functional product teamsThis role will be responsible for quality in the products, and will manage technical and functional testing, test data and environments, and the direct support of end users encountering bugs in the systemReview requirements, specifications and technical design to build comprehensive test cases and scripts, focusing primarily on manual testingBuild Unit, Regression and UAT test casesPerforming Unit, Regression and UAT testing cycles for various applicationsTracking and publishing testing KPIs for release testing cyclesGatekeeper for the release to Staging and QA environmentsDesignates test accounts across environments, and manages accessCompatibility testing (Android, iPhone, OS (win/mac/chrome), browser (chrome, edge, safari)Collecting user feedback on product quality and reliabilityIntegrating the feedback into the testing tools and /or scripts to improve the testing process and qualityIdentify, record, document thoroughly and track bugsPerform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolvedTrack quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect countsStay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategiesEducation, Licenses, Certifications and Experience:Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field preferredMinimum 3 years related experience required.Experience in software development, software quality assurance, and software QA methodologies, tools and processesCompensation: $65,000-$70,000What We BringMedical, Dental, Vision, 401kPaid time off and sick daysPaid holidaysLong-term paid disabilityPaid maternity and bonding leaveFull desk equipment providedAmerican Financing Corporation (AFC) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
