Job Summary As our Project and Document Controls Specialist, you will ensure accurate document and cost tracking and reporting during all phases of the project life cycle, eliminate any gaps between invoicing, project accounting and budgets and equip management with accurate, reliable, and forward-looking reporting as a basis for decision-making.

Job Duties Ensure documentation is accurately managed and easily accessible; compliant with company and regulatory requirements:

Maintaining document flow and tracking document versions/history Retrieving both physical and digital documents as needed

Set expectations with personnel (and management if needed) for document care, delivery, timeliness, and helping to maintain the organization Learn and become expert user of document and project controls software Utilize tools and systems for tracking cost, schedule, and resource utilization to support regular cadence of internal meetings, as set by Project Manager or leadership Develop specific project controls reports and ensure/influence usage across management or stakeholders Support and ensure accurate and timely invoicing Recognize inefficiencies and work to facilitate changes and buy in to those changes that result in cost reduction, work efficiencies and better flow Willingness to take on additional work as needed or as opportunities arise Development of your own growth plan along with your supervisor Required Qualifications/Skills/Competencies

5+ years' experience in Project Controls and/or Document Controls Demonstrated attention to detail and organization Fundamental understanding of project management methodologies and best practices; cost, scheduling, resourcing, etc. Proven ability to prioritize Strong ability to influence others through trust, relationship, communication or other Professional level of communication; ability to communicate with leadership and executive level individuals Preferred Qualifications/Software knowledge

Bachelor's degree in any field Experience working in industrial facilities or industries Benefits

Working Environment

Conditions may include working inside and/or outside. Prepare site, materials, and tools. Loading, unloading, assembly and disassembly of materials, tools, and equipment. May work in office environment or in plant around machinery with moving parts and moving objects. Working near radiant and electrical energy. Working closely with others or working alone. Working at height, including drops below ground level. Working extended or irregular hours and travelling by all possible modes of transportation. May work in conjunction with customer representatives, inspectors, and other contractors. Physical Job Requirements

Ability to walk, stand, sit ,kneel, push ,stoop, crawl, twist, reach above the shoulder, grasp, pull, bend repeatedly, climb stairs and ladders ,identify colors, hear with aid, see, write, count, read, speak, lift and carry up to 50 lbs., perceive depth, operate a motor vehicle and operate motor equipment. Tools and PPE Requirements

Equipment (machines, tools, devices) used in performing the essential job function include but not limited to computer and related equipment, calculator, special instrumentation, hand tools, power tools, air tools, telephone, and automobile. Ability to wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE), including but not limited to, safety glasses, hardhat, reinforced toed shoes, coveralls, gloves, and ear plugs or muffs. Must abide by safety guidelines and regulations.
