Job Duties and Responsibilities

As a Program Manager - Inventory and Supply Chain at Dish Network, you'll be a pivotal force in optimizing our inventory strategies and supply chain operations. You'll drive efficiency and innovation by developing, implementing, and managing programs that ensure the seamless flow of goods, from procurement to delivery. This role is crucial in supporting our evolving business needs, particularly as we integrate new partners and continue to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and execution of inventory management and supply chain programs, focusing on process improvement, cost reduction, and service level optimization

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, operations, and finance, to identify opportunities and implement solutions that enhance supply chain performance

Utilize data analysis and forecasting techniques to optimize inventory levels, minimize obsolescence, and ensure product availability

Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement

Manage strong relationships and partnerships with key internal teams, including manufacturing, PMO, inventory accounting, field operations, training, and process teams, to ensure seamless collaboration and adherence to operational standards and project timelines

Facilitate the successful launch of new partners by coordinating cross-functional efforts and ensuring all operational aspects are aligned

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Master's degree preferred

3+ years of experience in program management, inventory management, or supply chain operations, with a proven track record of successful project delivery

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong understanding of inventory management principles, supply chain processes, and logistics

Proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Suite & SQL) and experience with ERP and Inventory Management Systems (Manhattan SCALE & Oracle)

Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization

Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
