Clearance:
An ACTIVE Top Secret/SCI eligible clearance (IT Level I Tier 5 / Special-Sensitive Position) is mandatory. Selected individuals will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet criteria for classified information access. U.S. Citizenship is required. Requirements: Deep understanding of computer security, military system specifications, and DoD cybersecurity policies. Exceptional communication skills in both written and oral formats. Hold one or more DoD 8570.01-M CSSP Auditor certifications, such as CEH, CySA+, CISA, GSNA, CFR, or PenTest+. Obtain Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) certification. Possess one or more of the following certifications: Offensive Security Certified Expert (OSCE), Offensive Security Exploitation Expert (OSEE), or Offensive Security Wireless Professional (OSWP). Responsibilities: Create, adapt, and utilize offensive security tools including Metasploit, NMAP, Kali Linux, and Cobalt Strike. Simulate threat actor behaviors using TTPs aligned with frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK. Conduct assessments on various operating systems including Linux, Windows, and macOS. Engage in exploit development and seek out zero-day or unknown vulnerabilities. Assess, identify, and address deficiencies in offensive tools and development techniques. Develop using at least two scripting or programming languages (Python, C++, Java, Rust, Assembly, C#, etc.) for exploit development purposes. Preferred Skills and Experience: Ten years of professional experience in penetration testing and/or offensive cyber operations, including: Developing and using penetration tools like Metasploit, NMAP, Kali Linux, and Cobalt Strike. Mimicking threat behaviors and conducting adversary emulation. Experience with various operating systems (Linux, Windows, MAC OS) and Active Directory. Engaging in exploit development and identifying gaps in tools and methodologies. Programming or scripting in at least two languages (Python, C++, Java, Rust, Assembly, C#, etc.). Education:
Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering. Compensation:
