Sr. Technical Administrator

What You'll Do: Serve as the primary point of contact for executive leadership and their assistants for all IT-related issues. Deliver white-glove, proactive, and responsive support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, conferencing tools, and productivity software. Support hardware and software installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting for Windows and mobile devices. Ensure seamless technology experiences during boardroom sessions and travel events. Collaborate closely with other IT teams (networking, security, service desk, applications) to coordinate escalations and ensure timely resolution. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while working with sensitive executive data and communication tools. Maintain documentation, support processes, and incident resolution for supported users. Participate in endpoint lifecycle management, including device imaging, deployment, updates, and asset tracking. Identify recurring issues and suggest or implement long-term solutions to improve reliability and user experience. Provide off-hour or on-call support for urgent executive technology needs as required What it takes to join our team:
College degree or equivalent plus five years relevant experience required. MIS or computer science related degree preferred. Must have at least one to two years of experience supporting shared infrastructure in an enterprise consisting of multiple business units. Must have in-depth skills supporting one or more of the following key enterprise infrastructure services or technology platforms: data networks, application computing platforms, storage area networks, data base system infrastructures, middleware technologies, security infrastructure technologies, and or document management technology. Must have analytical and problem solving skills, logical information organization skills. Ability to conceptualize potential, new, or changed infrastructure solution designs to satisfy changing business requirements. Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Maintain knowledge and skills current in alignment with industry technology developments. On-call responsibility to support network 24/7. Oral and written communication skills as appropriate for this position. Ability to read, write, and speak the English language. Reasonably regular and predictable attendance.
