Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented System Application Engineer to develop and support production test solutions for semiconductor devices using 93K tester. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing test programs, ensuring high yield and quality, and supporting new product introductions into manufacturing with our customers for HPC.

Responsibilities include: Develop and maintain test programs for semiconductor devices (digital), including test methods, pattern conversion. Work closely with customer engineers, and collaborate with other divisions in company such as Sales, Business Development, Marketing, R&D, Device Interface, COE. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and bring-up of test hardware including load boards and probe cards. Debug and validate test programs on 93K. Analyze test data to improve yield, identify failures, and ensure device performance meets specification. Optimize test coverage, throughput, and test cost for high-volume production. Support production test transfers to offshore manufacturing sites and test subcontractors. Ensure test documentation, including program version control, procedures, and reports, is maintained. Requirements:

B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field. Hands-on 10 yrs+ experience with ATE platforms such as 93K, T2000, UFlex, Eagle Strong knowledge of digital/analog circuits and semiconductor testing fundamentals. Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C/C++, Python, or test-specific scripting languages. Experience with test debug tools, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and failure analysis techniques. Knowledge of test hardware design including probe cards and load board schematics. Familiarity with yield improvement, correlation analysis, and root cause failure diagnosis. Experience with high-volume production ramp and test cost reduction strategies. Experience with wafer sort, final test, and package-level testing. Having positive attitude and good communication skills Demonstrating technical leadership skills Additional Skills Preferred (but not required):

Experience with SSN, PCIe. Understanding of DFT (Design for Test), BIST, and scan-chain techniques. Familiarity with statistical analysis tools such as JMP, Minitab, or MATLAB.
