Data Analyst Manager
to join our data and analytics team. This critical role will serve as a strategic connector between client service managers, business leaders and project delivery teams, with a strong emphasis on supporting the sales function. The ideal candidate is analytically strong, technically skilled, and highly collaborative, with a passion for uncovering insights that drive business decisions. You'll work closely with sales leadership, business operations, and data engineering teams to transform complex data into compelling insights, build scalable dashboards, and drive data-informed decision-making. The ideal candidate needs to be curious to manage data integrity working with a wide breadth of stakeholders. This role also offers opportunities for advanced analytics and future data science work. Job Responsibilities & Expectations: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data analysts, providing guidance on best practices and career development. Oversee the design, development, and delivery of data analysis, reports, and dashboards to support decision-making across the organization.
Serve as a liaison between business functions and technical teams, translating requirements into scalable data solutions
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks that influence revenue growth and performance
Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using Power BI, ensuring usability and performance
Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate data from multiple sources
Partner with data engineering to define data requirements, improve data quality, and ensure timely availability of datasets
Present insights and recommendations clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Document methodologies, processes, and data definitions to ensure transparency and repeatability
Proactively identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and improved data consumption across the sales organization
Support the development of predictive models and experimentation efforts as part of the team's evolution toward data science
Develop a thorough understanding of the firm's systems and sales data lifecycle to effectively collaborate with key stakeholders/business leaders
Desired Skills and Experience: 7+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles 2+ years of experience in leading or managing a team
Proven experience supporting sales, revenue operations, or commercial functions
Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and data transformation
Strong experience developing dashboards and reports in Power BI
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders and tell compelling data stories
Meticulous attention to detail with strong documentation practices
Highly developed active listening skills and a naturally curious mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities
Experience working with or alongside data engineers and understanding data pipelines and architecture
Exposure to Python or R for data analysis or modeling
Familiarity with sales reporting metrics and forecasting
Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, AWS Redshift)
Background in statistics or a foundation in machine learning concepts
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related discipline)
Salary Range:
The anticipated starting pay range for this position is based on the employee's primary work location and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education. These ranges may be modified in the future. Location A:
Salary $118,000 - $161,000 Location B:
Salary $130,000 - $177,000 Location C:
