exceptional results . Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage
multiple
façade restoration projects , from
planning
through to
completion . Conduct
scaffold
and
field inspections
to ensure compliance with
NYC Department of Buildings (DOB)
regulations. Mentor junior staff
and work closely with
property owners
and
contractors
to ensure
top-tier project execution . Gain invaluable

PE
