Bridges Healthcare Inc, is seeking a Program Manager for our Contingency Management Program.
Full time, 35 hour work week
$61,315 - $65,000 commensurate of experience.

Manage implementation and operations of the Contingency Management program for the SUD population.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement and oversee all functions and protocols of the Core CM model Assure program fidelity, appropriate data collection and monitoring of required outcomes Assist staff in designing, developing, and implementing program specific planning. Facilitate program and Implementation and Readiness team meetings. Supervise, coach and provide guidance to supervisees. Attend all required coaching sessions and trainings Perform any other department or agency-related duties or special projects as directed by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS and COMPETENCIES
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred with minimum of five years of experience in behavioral health/substance abuse.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Knowledge of psychiatric illness and substance abuse.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Experience in collecting and aggregating data to track outcomes & service utilization
High degree of cultural competency
Good management and leadership skills.
Access to reliable transportation on a consistent basis.
