The Lead Product Manager will own the vision, strategy, and delivery of initiatives aimed at scaling a best-in-class lending platform. This individual will work closely with engineering, business leaders, and stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment on objectives and priorities. \n Key Responsibilities \n \n
Define and maintain a clear, actionable product roadmap that supports business goals across lending, pricing, and credit technologies. \n
Lead end-to-end product development, including writing epics and user stories, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and feature releases. \n
Establish and track OKRs to ensure measurable progress and alignment with company-wide strategy. \n
Collaborate closely with engineering leadership to execute on delivery, mitigate risks, and maintain a consistent release cadence. \n
Communicate product performance, insights, and updates to executive stakeholders through KPIs and data-driven recommendations. \n
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within a high-performing product organization. \n
Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform product decisions and enhance customer value. \n
Advocate for the voice of the customer in all product decisions. \n

Strong experience working with APIs, data transmission technology, lending platforms, or new business integration services. \n
Hands-on experience managing distributed teams using tools such as JIRA and Confluence. \n
Proficient in writing detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria. \n
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience. \n
