Firewall Policy Management and Maintenance Must have experience with F5 load balancer Network Design and Planning Infoblox Meraki VPN Spoke Cloud Connectivity and AWS Cisco ISE and FortiNAC Roles & Responsibilities
Perform in-depth analysis and troubleshooting of network issues. Perform configuration management functions for network devices in use. Use advanced tools and techniques to diagnose complex problems. Perform Day to Day troubleshooting pertaining to Network Data and Security (Incidents, Service Requests, Change Requests) Generate Monthly and Quarterly Firewall Audit and Network Capacity Management Reports Timely response on break fix and help in resolving all the incidents, service request and changes Plan and review all the Network Change Requests Bring the Service Improvement plan on the Operation Tasks Configure Internet-connected devices, firewalls, S2S VPN and Remote access vpn. Apply Patches to Network devices & Upgrade Network device Operating system/Firmware Remediate vulnerability related issues Adhere to SLA/ KPI Salary Range-$90,000-$130,000 a year
