We’re seeking an experienced

Imaging Applications Analyst

to lead and support TRA’s radiology imaging platforms, including PACS, RIS, and related systems. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in healthcare IT who thrives on collaboration, innovation, and making a direct impact on clinical operations.

What You’ll Do:

Implement, support, and optimize IntelePACS, Clario, LaurelBridge, and MedInformatix RIS

Manage system integrations and interfaces (DICOM, HL7)

Ensure system availability, performance, and documentation standards

Troubleshoot complex issues and maintain system configurations

Collaborate with radiologists, clinical staff, IT peers, vendors, and leadership

Identify and implement innovative imaging technologies

Monitor ticket queues and manage support tasks proactively

What You Bring:

5+ years of experience supporting clinical imaging systems

Hands-on expertise with PACS/RIS, DICOM, and HL7 protocols

Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset

Solid understanding of radiology workflows, especially outpatient

Excellent communication skills across technical and clinical teams

Project management experience or certifications a plus

A collaborative and forward-thinking attitude

Location:

Onsite in Downtown Tacoma, WA. Free, secure parking is provided.

Schedule:

40 hours per week, Monday – Friday. Limited on-call rotation.

Pay:

$87K - $106K per year based on relevant experience, skills, and abilities.
