Minimum 2 Plus Years of Psych Experience - Required AMSR and CPI/Welle -REQUIRED IN HAND AT PROFILE UPLOAD - Client will not pend any certs MUST BE A LICENSED, INDEPENDENT CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER (LISCW) Experience with Pediatric, Adolescent, and Adult Patients - Required Supervisory references from the last 2 years of employment - Required Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need Perm address must be added to profile ANY/ALL RTO MUST BE INCLUDED IN PROIFLE
