Position Summary The Event Sales Manager position is part of the Tennessee State Parks Marketing team. This role serves to assist group sales initiatives within Tennessee State Parks to support the increase of Tennessee State Parks (TSP) Hospitality and Operations' annual revenue goals.
Job responsibilities include:
Venue pricing and sales collateral reviews to optimize guest satisfaction and revenue Venue identification Collaboration with lodge hospitality, operations, partners, and vendors to maximize revenue Marketing campaign initiatives Policy review and updates Process improvement collaboration Contract building Reservation systems and integrated software knowledge base Sales goals achievement Revenue reporting tools Sales and Communication Website reviews Guest survey support
Requirements include:
Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of two years in sales, marketing, or related fields Strong relationship-building skills Self-driven and highly motivated Team player and collaborator Software skills
