dedicated, licensed, and organized ACT Team Leader
to lead a team that's changing lives across our community every single day. Who You Are You're a licensed clinical professional (LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT) who thrives in team-based care. You lead with empathy, organize with precision, and are ready to help elevate an Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) that provides life-saving support to individuals with complex needs. You're someone who values both people and process-because you know both are essential in behavioral health. What You'll Do As ACTT Team Leader, you will: Lead and oversee the clinical operations of the ACTT team Manage staff scheduling for 24/7 coverage (day, evening, weekends, holidays, and on-call) Facilitate daily team huddles and treatment planning meetings Ensure urgent and evolving client needs are met with compassion and urgency Coordinate comprehensive admissions, assessments, and treatment planning Foster strong relationships with community partners (law enforcement, hospitals, stakeholders) Supervise, support, and develop staff while ensuring documentation is timely and compliant Provide clinical oversight and supervision in partnership with psychiatric providers Be the bridge between agency leadership, team members, and the clients we serve This role is fully dedicated to ACTT-your focus will be

Full independent licensure:
LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT Supervisory experience in behavioral health preferred Strong leadership, crisis management, and communication skills A passion for whole-person care and trauma-informed practices What We Offer We believe that those who care for others deserve to be cared for too.
