We are looking for a
"Project Manager I"
to join one of our Leading Healthcare Client.
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager I with a strong background in Regulatory Affairs to join our onsite team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can independently manage complex regulatory projects, particularly focused on EU IVDR Regulation (EU) 2017/746. The position will contribute to critical product registration initiatives and ensure successful execution through the full project life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage regulatory product registration submissions aligned with EU IVDR standards
Lead and execute highly specialized regulatory projects with minimal supervision
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
Oversee day-to-day project activities including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting
Provide regular updates, metrics, and status reports to management and stakeholders
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
1-6 years of relevant experience in Regulatory Affairs or project management in a regulated environment
Proven experience in Regulatory Affairs, especially with EU IVDR submissions
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and life cycle
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and lead multidisciplinary teams
Experience managing non-IT, business-focused projects
