The People Program Manager is a key connector and experience-builder within the People team, responsible for shaping a consistent, values-driven employee experience across the lifecycle - from onboarding and internal communications to engagement, culture, and recognition.
This role partners closely with the Chief People Officer and Director of People Operations to deliver scalable, people-first programs that reflect Siepe's culture and support team connection. It requires someone who brings structure to fast-moving environments, thrives in cross-functional collaboration, and cares deeply about the employee journey. This is a highly organized, execution-focused role that blends strategic coordination with empathy, clarity, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Support execution of company-wide employee experience programs, including recognition, engagement, and belonging initiatives. Help lead the Culture Committee in partnership with Workplace Experience, including organizing events, building engagement calendars, and gathering feedback. Coordinate communications and follow-ups for key people milestones and campaigns (e.g., surveys, career week, leadership development rollouts). Track key culture data points and feedback trends to inform People priorities. Help bring company values to life through thoughtful experiences, internal campaigns, and alignment of People programs with cultural priorities. Own and evolve new hire onboarding surveys and post-hire check-ins (30/60/90-day). Monitor early-stage onboarding feedback, trends, and engagement and share insights with Recruiting and People leadership. Partner with Recruiting, People Ops, and Workplace Experience to ensure a consistent employee experience across preboarding, orientation, and onboarding handoffs. Maintain new hire resources (e.g., onboarding guide, team FAQs, SharePoint content) and improve clarity across onboarding touchpoints. Identify opportunities to evolve existing practices and develop scalable, tech-enabled workflows that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. Coordinate pulse surveys, engagement check-ins, and manager feedback moments in collaboration with the CPO. Assist with communication, reporting, scheduling, and documentation related to annual reviews or culture surveys. Help develop, maintain, and communicate people policies that reflect our values and ensure compliance with employment law across jurisdictions. Own or support people-related reporting and metrics to inform decision-making and identify trends or opportunities. Maintain internal People documentation, guides, and SharePoint resources to ensure clarity, consistency, and accessibility. Support the development and distribution of People team communications and campaigns (e.g., org updates, program launches, internal messaging). Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure People-related messaging is timely, accurate, and aligned across teams. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Communication, or related field. 3+ years of experience in People Ops, employee engagement, internal communications, or program coordination roles. Experience supporting employee programs (e.g., onboarding, culture initiatives, surveys, or manager enablement). Strong project coordination skills and a proactive approach to bringing structure to team processes. Familiarity with common HR tools (e.g., Paylocity, SharePoint, Excel/Google Sheets, survey platforms). Exceptional communication and documentation skills, with a sharp eye for tone, clarity, and consistency. Skills
