Job Description: We are seeking a Business Analyst with data analysis, process mapping, and strategic advisory experience to help support the People and Places organization. You will assist with preparing compelling and well-researched analyses to shape critical business processes, workflows, and decisions.

As a Business Analyst, you will: Support a global project by partnering with People and Places leads and other functional teams and stakeholders to provide documentation and analysis that will inform key business decisions, processes, and tools for an enterprise-wide project. Provide requirements gathering, documentation, data analysis to support planning, prioritization, and decision-making. Support systems analysis with an understanding of system architecture, design principles, and integration patterns to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Basic Qualifications:

Ability to gather, organize, and analyze large datasets Understanding of data manipulation, visualization, and reporting techniques Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, formulas, macros) Expertise in business process modeling and mapping Strong presentation and facilitation skills to communicate complex ideas effectively Experience in using workflow generation tools (e.g., Visio) or AI-powered alternatives Preferred Qualifications:

Proven ability to build relationships and communicate with peers, leadership teams, and other critical stakeholders Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications Knowledge of software development life cycles and methodologies Ability to work cross-functionally and manage large data sets while developing analyses independently Ability to articulate ideas and conclusions clearly and effectively, while proactively serving stakeholders Proven ability to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement in existing processes Ability to show strategic thinking in how analysis is developed, presented and used in informed decision thinking Expertise in business process modeling and mapping Proven ability to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement in existing processes Benefits:
