$80-90/hr on W2 ONLY! (no c2c) \n Job Description: Lead the modernization of healthcare payer systems by designing scalable solutions and creating long-term technology roadmaps. \n Day-to-Day Responsibilities: \n \n
Assess and document current state systems and architecture \n
Identify failure points and design modern, scalable solutions \n
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop 5-10 year strategic technology roadmaps \n
Support digital transformation initiatives in Medicare/Medicaid \n
Design and support integrations (EDI, SQL, Informatica) \n
Communicate findings and recommendations to business and IT leaders \n
\n Requirements: \n
\n
Must-Haves: \n
\n
5-7 years in solution architecture (not application-focused) \n
Experience with Medicare and Medicaid, especially dual eligibility \n
Large-scale project experience in healthcare payer environments \n
Digital transformation project experience \n
Hands-on with SQL, EDI, and integration tools (e.g., Informatica) \n
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills \n
Ability to work autonomously and adapt in a change-resistant environment \n \n
Nice-to-Haves: \n
\n
Experience with Community Health Choices (CHC) \n
Exposure to HealthEdge HealthRules, Oracle, Salesforce \n
Broader healthcare data integration experience \n \n
