Job Title: IT Project Coordinator
Location: Atlanta, GA 30309 (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $35.00/hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Coordinator to assist project managers in overseeing and delivering successful IT projects. This contract assignment offers a dynamic environment where you'll support key initiatives through organization, documentation, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update IT project documentation, including plans, schedules, and status reports
Assign tasks and monitor progress against established timelines
Coordinate work hours and project schedules across teams
Communicate project updates to team members and stakeholders
Organize and participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Support budget tracking and expense management
Ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience supporting IT projects in a coordination or administrative capacity
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
