POSITION SUMMARY: Analyzes and assesses current and future foreign, lethal and non-lethal, weapon systems including, but not limited to, system capabilities, vulnerabilities, production, stockpile, deployment, proliferation, and impact to U.S. and Coalition forces worldwide. Prepares analytic products informing the U.S. National, Defense and Acquisition Communities of foreign weapon system developments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct all-source analysis of current and emerging foreign weapon systems, assessing capabilities, vulnerabilities, production, stockpile, deployment, and proliferation. Produce assessments that support the U.S. National, Defense, and Acquisition Communities on foreign military systems and technological developments. Create and deliver written intelligence products and oral briefings in accordance with the Marine Corps' Program of Analysis (POA) and Requests for Information (RFIs). Research and evaluate foreign technology assimilation and its potential military impact. Identify and address intelligence gaps, recommend collection strategies, and compose requirements to support ongoing analytic efforts. Integrate complex data from multiple sources to determine significance, relevance, and potential impact of emerging threats. Maintain awareness of assigned portfolios and actively collaborate with MCIA counterparts and other IC stakeholders to ensure analytical integrity and coordination. Contribute to peer reviews and support intelligence community coordination of analytic products. QUALIFICATIONS:

Active TS/SCI clearance Bachelor's degree in a field related to military studies, engineering, international relations, or intelligence; or an additional 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree Minimum 3 years of experience conducting relevant all-source analysis, with at least a portion within the last 2 years Demonstrated understanding of IC and DoD classification guidelines and procedures Proficiency using Microsoft Office tools to produce clear, timely, and concise analytic reports and presentations Ability to use structured research approaches and complex analytic methodologies to support assessments Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to defend conclusions and adapt judgments as new information arises Nice to Haves:

Familiarity with the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity and its Program of Analysis Experience with foreign technology transfer assessment and defense industrial base vulnerabilities Understanding of Intelligence Community Directive standards (ICD 203, 206, 208) Exposure to structured analytic techniques such as ACH, Red Team Analysis, or Alternative Futures Analysis

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;

TS/SCI clearance is required.
