About the Team: The Information Technology team at Relativity Space is responsible for all computing infrastructure (end-user, server, virtualization, and cloud), software and software services, videoconferencing, telecommunications services and equipment, networking, and information security. We work with and support the needs of all internal teams, providing critical infrastructure and services for all operations of the company. About the Role: Development and delivery of expert-level SIEMENS Teamcenter / NX/ NX Additive Mfg. / Simcenter3D software application level support, troubleshooting, solution provider, new and innovative technology and tool provider. Provide training, full documentation as well as coordination of all training activities. Timely support of IT Service D esk support tickets / E ngineering SLACK channel support for Teamcenter and NX. Manage Cadenas PARTsolutions /support managing Standard Parts Library and p articipate in creation of Part Families as needed in ongoing support of Mechanical Routing application (Tubing and Piping). Design, Test and Deployment of NX configurations including m anag ing Templates, Customizations, and P references , Engineering drawing release with Teamcenter Workflows, ECO (Engineering Change Order) workflows, developing & documenting Design Engineering B est P ractices etc . About You: 5+ years' experience in NX, Teamcenter. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Working knowledge of design principles. Experience with NX Part Families , Standard Parts Library Management, e xperience in Production environment support for Teamcenter 4-Tier architecture, installation /visualization NX integration (Rich Client and AWC - Active Workspace Client), infrastructure.
