We are seeking a Civil Engineer with 0-3 years of structural engineering experience, who is a self-starter, responsible, honest, and a hard worker who can lead others in the same work ethic to join our team.

Position Preferences:
B.S. Degree in structural or civil Engineering or related field, and 0-3 years post-degree experience
Desire to work in the residential, commercial, and mixed-use industries
Knowledge of basic materials design - wood, concrete, masonry, and steel.
Good technical writing skills in letters, reports, etc.
Good organization and communication skills via verbal conversations, emails, instant messages
Experience with and knowledge of other engineering software Excel, RISA, AutoCAD, Enercalc, Bluebeam, Revit, Forte and others
Experience with building design - equivalent lateral force procedure, vertical & lateral design, detailing of connections, hardware
Experience with building design - equivalent lateral force procedure, vertical & lateral design, detailing of connections, hardware
Experience with communicating with contractors, architects, and other project team members
Knowledge of 2D and 3D modeling techniques and interprets the results of those models.
