Pay Range:
$17/hr - $19/hr
Shift:
2 - 3 days per week with flexibile schedule!

SUMMARY
Perform administrative duties related to all phases of Human Resources activity including recruitment, benefits administration, safety, and employee records.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in processing of employment data through continuous data entry and maintenance of the HRIS. Support the processing of weekly payroll; prepare payroll reports as needed.
Maintain time-keeping and building access systems; prepare badges for new hires and troubleshoot system errors.
Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests. Complete employment verifications.
Coordinate temporary employment including placing orders, submitting weekly hours, and reconciling invoices.
Open and distribute HR department mail on a daily basis; assist HR team in preparing company mass mailings.
Create and maintain records of all company personnel.
Assist HR team in obtaining information for yearly projects as assigned.
Distribute annual performance reviews and follow up with management to ensure timely completion.
Other duties may be assigned at management's discretion .
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Associates Degree in HR, or related field preferred.
One to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
