Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a OSP Project Coordinator to join their team! This position is located in Reston, Virginia or Halethorpe, Maryland.
Duties:
Develop and maintain project schedules and calendars with the input from assigned OSP engineers Facilitate team meetings, providing meeting minutes and action items where needed Build strong communication channels with internal stakeholders in various departments: Sales, OSP Engineering, Network Program Management, Operations, etc. Track tasks assigned to the project team and prepare regular status reports Track project changes and producing updated schedules Track budget Gather and report performance measurement of ongoing progress Ensure smooth communication within the project team and other cross-functional teams Interface with internal/external stakeholders on a regular basis Desired Skills/Experience:
Understanding of Outside Plant (OSP) engineering and/or construction or experience in the field Background in project management in a field related to civil, environmental, or utility construction Ability to clearly articulate expectations and drive success Organization and the ability to multi-task is a must Experience with Microsoft Office suites Experience with AutoCAD and/or Visio Benefits:

$30.00
and
$44.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
