Job Opportunity: IAM Business AnalystOrganisation Overview: Our Client is looking for a skilled IAM Technical Writer / Business Analyst to join their team on a permanent or fixed-term basis. Specialising in identity and access management (IAM) environments related to SailPoint IdentityNow / IdentityIQ and/or Okta, this role will involve creating essential technical documentation and bridging the gap between business and technical teams. Role Summary: Our Client is seeking an IAM Business Analyst to support a SailPoint and/or Okta project, playing a crucial role in capturing requirements, documenting IAM processes, configurations, and producing various technical documents. This opportunity offers a chance to work closely with IAM engineers, architects, and project managers, contributing to essential project tasks. Responsibilities:Collaborate with IAM teams to gather technical details and document requirementsCreate and maintain various documentation types, including specifications and user guidesTranslate complex IAM concepts into easily understandable languageContribute to stakeholder interviews and business analysis processesEnsure documentation integrity and compliance with standardsEssential Skills & Experience:Proven background in IAM Technical Writing and/or Business AnalysisHands-on experience with SailPoint (IdentityNow/IdentityIQ) and/or Okta projectsFamiliarity with Agile, DevOps, or security-centric project environmentsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently with a focus on accuracy and detailDesirable Skills & Experience:SailPoint or Okta certifications (any level)Knowledge of compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, SOX)Previous exposure to documenting integrations with HR systems, AD/Azure AD, or cloud IAMCall to Action: If you have a proven track record in IAM Technical Writing and Business Analysis, our Client encourages you to apply by submitting your CV.
