Detailed Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Support Lead with expertise in Qlik (QlikView/Qlik Sense) and Oracle Hyperion tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing reporting and financial planning systems to ensure business continuity and high-quality data availability.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide L2/L3 support for Qlik (QlikView/Qlik Sense) and Oracle Hyperion applications • Monitor and manage daily scheduled jobs, data loads, and system performance. • Investigate and resolve user-reported issues within defined SLAs. • Collaborate with business users to troubleshoot reporting/data discrepancies. • Coordinate with upstream/downstream system owners for data feed issues. • Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions for recurring problems. • Document support activities, incident resolutions, and standard operating procedures. • Assist in testing and deploying patches, upgrades, or enhancements as needed. • Support month-end and quarter-end financial close processes involving Hyperion. • Participate in on-call/off-hours support rotations as required.
Required Skills: • 7+ years of experience in QlikView or Qlik Sense (dashboard development/support). • 7+ years of experience in Oracle Hyperion tools (Essbase, Planning, HFM). • Strong SQL and data analysis skills. • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting ETL/data load issues. • Good understanding of financial systems and reporting. • Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.). • Strong communication skills for interaction with business and technical teams.
