Role Overview
As a Senior Flutter Engineer at CXAPP, you will be instrumental in developing high-performance, cross-platform applications that deliver intuitive and engaging experiences to users. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to build scalable and responsive applications.
Key Responsibilities • Flutter Development: Build and maintain high-quality, reusable, and reliable Dart code for cross-platform applications. • UI Implementation: Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes and mockups into responsive, pixel-perfect applications. • Performance Optimization: Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through performance tuning, testing, and optimization. • Integration & APIs: Integrate with RESTful APIs and work alongside backend engineers to design effective data flows and interactions. • Code Reviews & Best Practices: Participate in code reviews and help enforce best practices in architecture, clean code, and modular design. • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter/Dart releases, mobile trends, and contribute to architectural discussions and product strategy. • Agile Collaboration: Work within an agile environment with iterative releases, providing input during planning and sprint sessions.
Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • 3+ years of mobile development experience, with at least 2 years working professionally with Flutter. • Strong proficiency in Dart and solid understanding of mobile app design principles and lifecycle. • Experience with state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc. • Familiarity with third-party libraries, Firebase, and local data persistence. • Knowledge of native Android/iOS development (Kotlin, Swift) is a plus. • Ability to implement complex animations and rich UI interactions. • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and agile development processes. • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
