Asset Manager Tier I (hardware/software)

Pay From: $54,000 per year
MUST:
Current Active DoD Public Trust or Secret clearance (preferred)
Experienced Junior Asset Manager
4+ years of Customer Service experience
1+ years of asset management experience
A comprehensive understanding of the life cycle and supply management process with a demonstrated sound judgment
Experience with managing and handling inventory both on the hardware and software side (including software licenses and accounts)
Familiarity with CMMI-SVC practices is preferred
Experience with Asset Procurement, receipt and distribution
Experience with "Unicenter Argis Asset Management" product solution and Federal Supply Regulations is a plus
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Active Security+Ce or other IAT Level II cert
High level of organization and prioritizing skills with a strong attention to detail
Bachelor's Degree required (or 4 additional years of professional IT experience)
DUTIES:
Respond and resolve all client requests
Provide input into project plans including refreshes, renewals, and compliancy as required
Allocate and prioritize AMO workload
Ensure AMO data is accurate and provides client with insight into their inventory to alleviate unnecessary expenses
Provide timely and efficient support to client
Supervise and manage the Asset Management Team
Coach and Team Building
Contribute and participate as main Asset Management Office (AMO) POC for client and internal operations
Responsible for all AMO projects, repository, reports, RFPs and SLAs
Process and procedure creation and accountability
Complete and total Asset Management accountability
