Role Overview:

\n Client is seeking a

Integration Lead

for Workday Finance and Payroll systems. In this role, you will design, develop, and manage integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week on-site at our Boston campus. \n This position is hands-on and requires team leadership, technical expertise in Workday integrations, and a strong understanding of finance and payroll processes. You'll work closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow, system reliability, and optimized business operations. \n

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

\n \n

Lead the design and implementation of Workday Finance and Payroll integrations \n

Use Workday tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, PICOF) to develop integrations \n

Manage data connections between Workday and third-party systems \n

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, IT, and vendors \n

Provide hands-on support and mentorship to the Workday Integration team \n

Ensure data integrity, system security, and business continuity \n

Provide occasional off-hours support for critical incidents or deployments \n

Must-Haves:

\n

\n

5 years

of ERP implementation experience (minimum

3 years with Workday Finance/Payroll integrations ) \n

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field \n

Expertise with Workday integration tools: Integration Cloud, EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, PICOF \n

Experience integrating Workday Adaptive Planning with Finance modules \n

Strong knowledge of financial and payroll business processes (AP/AR, GL, banking, tax filing, benefits, compensation) \n

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills \n

Ability to work onsite 3 days a week in Boston, MA \n
