As we grow our SaaS offerings and modernize our web infrastructure, SEO is a key pillar in how we drive awareness, acquisition, and product adoption at scale.Position OverviewWe're looking for a Senior SEO Manager who can do it all: a rare "unicorn" who thinks like a content strategist and executes like a technical SEO engineer. You will own the end-to-end SEO strategy - developing and optimizing scalable, search-first experiences that serve both user needs and search engine requirements. You'll serve as the vital connector between the SEO function and two critical partners: Engineering and Content Marketing.This role demands deep experience in technical SEO, strong content instincts, and comfort translating between marketing, product, and engineering teams.Technical SEO ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive technical SEO audits using Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Google Search Console, and LighthouseMonitor and optimize Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS) and page speed via PageSpeed Insights, WebPageTest, and Chrome DevToolsManage crawl budget, optimize indexation, and identify crawl inefficiencies using log file analysisMaintain and optimize robots.txt, XML sitemaps, canonical tags, meta directives, and redirect logicIdentify and resolve crawl errors, redirect chains, orphaned pages, and broken linksImplement and validate structured data using Schema.org, JSON-LD, and tools like Rich Results TestEnsure SEO readiness for international and multilingual content using proper hreflang and geo-targetingCollaborate with Engineering to create and QA SEO tickets before deploymentOptimize internal linking, site architecture, and URL structures for discoverability and UXSEO Strategy & ReportingBuild and execute a global SEO roadmap that aligns with company goals and digital infrastructureDevelop Foxit's global keyword strategy, including competitor gap analyses and content white space identificationMonitor indexation trends, algorithm changes, and technical performance barriers to visibilityCreate performance dashboards using Looker Studio, GA4, and BigQueryLead ongoing testing, learning, and refinement of both technical and content SEO programsContent-Driven SEO StrategyPartner with the Content Marketing team to align SEO best practices across all content productionPerform keyword research, SERP analysis, and on-page optimization (titles, headers, schema, etc.)Audit and improve existing content for search intent, keyword alignment, thin content, and cannibalizationSupport the creation of SEO briefs for new content, including structural and strategic recommendationsDevelop and maintain content hubs and internal link structures to strengthen topical authorityUse traffic and ranking data to inform content refreshes, prioritization, and testingCollaboration & Cross-Functional LeadershipAct as the bridge between SEO and Engineering, driving collaboration on site structure, dev tickets, and search-focused deploymentsAlign closely with the Content Marketing team to ensure SEO is embedded in the editorial lifecyclePartner with Web, Product, and UX teams to ensure a seamless experience for both users and botsLead SEO education sessions and documentation to upskill stakeholders across departmentsPresent strategic insights, project updates, and performance outcomes to marketing and executive leadershipWhat You Bring5-8+ years of SEO experience with a strong portfolio of results across B2B SaaS and tech environmentsDeep expertise in both technical SEO and content strategyMastery of SEO tools including SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4, and BigQueryUnderstanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and ability to speak to engineering teams with confidenceExperience in international SEO and large-scale, multi-domain architectureStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsProven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Engineering, and Content teamsBonus Points For:Familiarity with headless CMS environments (e.g., Contentful)Experience with product-led growth (PLG) SEO strategiesExposure to AI-generated content workflows and SGE (Search Generative Experience) implicationsKnowledge of CRO and UX optimization in relation to organic search#LI-Hybrid$90,000 - $125,000 a year
