Job Description
Responsibilities: Seeking a Functional tester that will be responsible for testing the permit to send/receive application for the enterprise. Designing and executing functional test cases for the compliance platform, ensuring accurate routing, and data classification enforcement. The person will need to have a background of 5+ years within functional testing, including managing defects, regression testing, and UAT testing. Strong SQL querying is required. This role will be 100% hands on and is a long-term opportunity that will sit in Charlotte, NC on a hybrid model.
Working Knowledge of Defect management process, Risk Framework and mitigation, and Enterprise Testing standards
Extensive expertise with QA Deliverables tool set (Quality Center, SharePoint, and Microsoft Project/Excel)
Expert in writing SQL queries
Agile Methodology/SDLC
Good Communication
Self-starter and able to work independently
Desired Skills
Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Highly motivated, able to work independently
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Experience with Global model
Excellent interpersonal skills, Communicates Effectively, builds relationships, Influences others
Willingness to learn and adapt to changes
Agile tools (Jira/Rally)

5-8 years of Functional testing in agile lifecycle (100% hands on)
Strong SQL experience
Extensive expertise with QA Deliverables tool set (ALM Octane, Quality Center)
Testing process knowledge
Jira experience
Agile Methodology/SDLC comfortable working with an offshore team
Good Communication Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Highly motivated, able to work independently
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
